Arcotronics = Kemet? Tayda Electronics?

Tayda Electronics is selling stacked polyester film caps, box type, for very attractive prices. The brand name is "Arcotronics", but the description says R82 series, which is a Kemet designation.

Anybody know if Arcotronics = Kemet?

I just bought some TIP122 transistors from Tayda, the price was low, the service quick, and the parts appear genuine. Anybody know about these guys?

They are here, 10 each 1.0uf and 0.47uf. They are battleship gray, have no manufacturer's markings that I can see, and are comparable in size to Kemets and Wimas. Construction, finish, and lead heftiness also look comparable.

1.0uf were 21 cents U.S. a piece. 0.47uf were 20 cents.

The 1.0uf all measured within 5% of marked value, half high, half low. ESRs measured between 0.69 and 0.77 ohms. Half measured 0.00% Vloss, none had higher than 0.2%.

The 0.47uf all measured within 5% of marked value, every one high. 9 out of 10 measured 2.5 ohms ESR; the tenth, 2.6 ohms. Highest Vloss was 0.1%, with three measuring 0.00%

Looks like they might be a good value in non-critical applications.
