Are Realistic receiver knobs interchangeable?

I am missing the volume knob and the selector knob on my Realistic STA 2000. Are there any other Realistic knobs that would match up? The STA 2100 knobs looks like they are a match. Any Rat Shack fans out there who can give me some help with my knob search?
