Are these capacitors?

I am going to try and recap a Paradigm Millenia CT system that no longer produces sound. Like many of these units it started off needing time to warm up, 15 to 20 minutes, before you get decent sound. It started like that and now no longer produces any sound. Paradigm does not offer up manuals for their gear.

I thought I'd replace these with 220 microfarad 63 volt capacitors. That seems to be the highest voltage around this area of the board.

All input is welcome. Thanks.

I have seen caps sort-of like that but they were in very old gear.

Definitely could be an inductor. If there are part numbers on the board, "L" is typical for that.
