Arkansas spring get together in Clinton with swap tables, tunes, BBQ, and ect.

I wanted to let you folks know that there is an AK Members Map in the "Back Alley Pub" sub-forum in the subscribers section. It would be great if you would enter your location on the map.

If you are not a subscriber I would encourage you to do so to have access to all the benefits AK offers. The $25 annual fee also helps to support the the site that we all use and love.
 
Yes indeed, and they're supposed to sound pretty good also. Cabinets are rough and I bet the grills are missing also. I saw those and thought about it, but like you I have no need for another pair. I think that you could probably talk the owner down to half that price if interested. Contact him and let us know how things turn out.

Saw that but didn't have time to even think about going that way. Trying to get Dylan's house finished up but hoped one of y'all would snag it up. Lol
 
Update, I didn't get the receiver. It appears as if the guy sold it sold it out from under me. All l got was a text message stating that it was gone.
 
Dual CS5000 Turntable, listed on CL and ePay for $350, should be able to negotiate to $300.

EDIT: Gone already, that was quick.

Hopefully you weren't pulling in his drive to get it when you got the text. Lol and at least he let you know. I've driven a few hours for someone to say oh another guy showed 10 mins ago even though they knew I was in route.
 
I was supposed to call him at 2pm when I got off work to make sure he would be home by 3:30pm since he was golfing at noon. I got the text at exactly 2pm and sent him message, but he wasn't courteous enough to reply. I always tell people when I am selling gear that if you do not contact me prior to our meeting then I am on to the next person. I keep my word and expect the same from others, we see where that gets me, lol.
 
AK Rule Infraction - No links allowed to items for sale on ePay, Craigslist, etc...

I wanted to let you all know that I made a mistake by placing links to items for sale on other sites in some of my posts. The only place this is allowed is in the "Dollars and Sense" sub forum. I have deleted my previous posts or edited them.

I was thinking about creating a new thread in Dollars and Sense maybe titled "Arkansas Gear for Sale Alerts". This will allow you to use the "Watch Thread" tool to be notified of items listed on various sites that other members post in that thread.

Since it seems that a minimal amount of gear is available in this state we could try to help each other out a bit.

Any opinions or thoughts are welcomed.

I think this is a great idea...for exactly the reason you mentioned.
