AT-LH13/OCC Headshell

Anybody have any experience with this headshell or any of the others in it's series (LH15, LH18)?

I'm looking for a heavier headshell to use with my Denon DL-103R. The LH-13 model weighs 13g and is adjustable. In looking at pictures, it can twist to adjust azimuth and extend/collapse to set overhang. Once set up, a set screw holds it all in place. I read that vta is also adjustable, but, from the pictures, I don't see how that could work.

There are a couple of posts on AK which date back a few years.One guy said he could not mount his DL-103 on it (which is what I have); another guy said he liked using it with his DL-301. Don't know if the two carts are the same size or not; but looking at photos of the headshell, it looks like you could mount anything you want; but it's possible you could have overhang limitations (with the Pioneer s-arm 49mm).

These run at least $60, so I'd like to get some opinions before I jump.

Sorry for the deviation from your Audio Technica AT-LH13/OCC headshell thread.

The Stanton H4-S V2 Headshell may be an alternative. :scratch2:

The mounting slots are long enough to accommodate the Denon DL-301 MKI aligned for the Technics S tone arm (52mm).
 
I have an Audiotechnica MG-10 headshell, which is a similar design. There are several pairs of tapped holes on the underside of the headshell. You may be lucky and have one of the pairs of holes line up just right and give your cartridge the proper alignment.

I have a Grado Black mounted on my MG-10, and was able to fine-tune the alignment to 52mm length for my Technics SL-1700mk2 by swapping the rubber gasket to one of a different width. I tried it with several other cartridges I owned at the time, but none of the others were a close enough match.

On the at-lh23, I see from the pic it has two set of threaded mounting holes. but, since the barrel is adjustable for length, I assume you could set it to the correct spot. Is the mg-10 adjustable?
 
I love the AT-LH13. It works very well with my AT-OC9XSL Cartridge. It was an easy install and was aligned perfect.
