Attenuator toggle switch replacement on a JBL 120TI speaker

One of the toggle switches on the back of the JBL 120TI speaker is broke for the attenuator. It is a 6 pole, 125V, 3A. Don't know what kind for sure, Single, double throw. I have no part number. I need to order one. Took it apart and it is shattered. No way to fix it.

Has anyone replaced one of these and if so, what did you use. Part number?

Something sounded odd about that, so I looked it up: http://manuals.harman.com/JBL/HOM/Technical Sheet/120Ti ts.pdf

Looks like a pretty common SPDT switch. IIRC, it has a center off position.
