AU-3900 vs AU-2200 vs AU-6500

Wanting to invest in a integrated amp.

I've heard what a AU-2200 is like as father used to have one of these, I assume the 3900 is of similar characteristics with a little more power output, I know nothing of the AU-6500 except that I think it was earlier in the sansui line.

Which of these would you choose ?
