AU-717 protection light blinking under normal operation

Wondering if anyone has seen this before and/or can point to a solution. So I recently did a full restoration on an AU-717 and everything is perfect, except the protection light keeps flashing, even after the amp has started up and has come out of protection.

The idle current is set and is very stable. Less than 5mv of DC offset at speaker terminals, and amp performs and sounds fine. But for some odd reason the power/protection light still lightly flickers.

Unfortunately I am color-blind so not sure if the light is red or green... When you first turn it on, it flickers quickly until the protection relay clicks, then the light still flickers after, but slower and dimmer.

Whats strange is it seems totally normal... adjustments are perfect, and getting good/solid rail voltage. It has all new caps, VD1212s replaced, several new resistors and zeners from where the Sansui glue was

I checked the last page of the service manual which explains some protection scenarios, but I think I have all three covered

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting this thread... I didn't come across it in my initial research, but one of the suggestions fixed the issue. I just went ahead and replaced TR603, 606 and 607 with new C945s

Interestingly, none of the three original C945s I removed tested bad on a little component tester I have here, so it seems they were 'tired' (or leaky as suggestion in the linked thread)

Either way, thanks :)
