AU-919, B-2101 replacement speaker binding posts

I have a Sansui AU-919 and B-2101 with the original useless speaker binding posts that can't take banana jacks :(

Like another post on this forum I would be eager to know if anyone knows of a substitute binding post that would retrofit without to many hassles ;)

common 5 way binding posts have been fitted to replace the push-spring loaded stock ones. Abit of mech fab may be needed but shouldn't be too diff.
 
It can be done but it all has to be custom made. There are no drop in replacements.

dr*audio posted a year or so ago showing how he upgraded an AU-919 with nice modern binding posts. Perhaps a search would turn that up.
