AU-D9 Protection Circut Fix?

Hello,
I just read about incorrect fuse causing Speaker Protection Circut to activate in multi-voltage boards. (I think I remembered that right?)
My question: is the AU-D9 subject to this? If so, what are the correct fuses and how difficult are they to check and replace? I'm not a tech savy guy.
I'm considering buying an AU-D9 that looks good inside and tests good for all functions, lights, etc., but it shuts down after 15 minutes of moderate use.
Thanks for any input.

That doesn't make a lot of sense, or trigger any recollections of actual AU-D9 faults with me. :dunno:

What you describe sounds like more than one pair of speakers in use, perhaps coupled with high volume levels, thus causing overheating and triggering protection.

Thank you for your reply. I guess I'll not buy this one and will be listing it on eBay for parts or repair.
