Audio extractor + Bluetooth RX/TX

I mean to get an audio extractor (I have just learned about their existence) that gets HDMI as input (from a Chromecast, e.g.) and outputs to Optical audio + HDMI, at least.

If possible, I would like it to also have Bluetooth in/out:

* In (RX): so I can stream to it directly from a BT device, no need for a Chromecast
* Out (TX): so I can use BT headphones, e.g.

Is there anything like this that could be recommended?
Or alternatives? (aiming at a moderate budget).

I did some searching for you. Not much out there in terms of quality all-in-one solutions. Maybe go with the one of the previously recommended HDMI audio extractors, then choose a quality separate bluetooth RX/TX?

A little pricey, true, at $79. Also, most I see that have both RX and TX functions require you to choose between one of those via a switch... so if you want to transmit audio to it from your phone, you won't be able to use a bluetooth output from the transceiver to your BT 'phones, although you could probably just use the output of your phone assuming it'll allow you to pair two audio BT devices at once. I don't do much BT, so I'm not sure there. There are much cheaper solutions, but you may run into decreased sound quality and audio delay.
