Audio Research TSW tweeter options

I picked up a pair of TSW 510 on neighborhood app last week. Aside from the usual foam rot all the speakers checked out except for one blown tweeter, and pushed in domes on both mids and tweeters. I successfully popped the dust covers back out on the mids, but when I tried to vacuum out the dome on the tweeter it blew a hole right through the foil. So now I have 2 useless tweeters, with no diaphragms, or direct replacements available except for one auction site seller. He's asking more than I want to pay. He also has the "B" variant to my "A" variants. Also I've read the TSW tweeters contain ferrofluid. Is this something that would have to be replaced if I were to find a better price on the original tweeters? These seem like nice speakers, and I like to get them going. I just want to keep the total costs under $80. Has anyone successfully upgraded these tweeters with a readily available option?

Is there a way to remove the faceplate from the dome/magnet, screws for example?
The dome is .75"?

I'm actually very surprised only 2 TSW tweeters are currently available (none mine) on the auction site. Be patient. AR TSW tweeters pop up for sale fairly often. Worth the wait, and the speakers are worth the effort.

The model number on those are 1210096-0A.
Do you know if those are the same as the
1210090-0A found in my 510s?

I don't know for sure. It's been a while since I owned my TSW410s. But, the original TSW series used the same tweeters. until you got to the 810s and 910s. Those used tweeters from MB Quart. Later TSW versions used a Mylar dome, in lower models, and a metal dome with a slight bronze look, in the upper models. Of what I've heard, the original TSW tweeters all sound the same.
