Audio-Technica AT-605 Isolation Feet - correct orientation?

Hey guys --

Just got some AT-605 isolation feet, and I'm going to try them out on one of my Thorens tables (TD 145).

This may sound like a dumb question, but can anyone who owns these feet [and I know there are you plenty of you who do!] tell me what is the correct orientation for placing the feet under your turntable: felt side down towards the table/surface with the little rubber "toes" making contact with the bottom of the turntable plinth, or the other way around, with the felt and AT logo facing up?

I've seen it used both ways in pictures around the web. I know there was a little owner's manual included with the set when new, but I don't have it, and I can't find a digital copy of it. My intuition tells me that the felt side should face down, but I could be wrong.

Thanks!
