I've been over there a bit. They are almost strictly modern stuff, and since that's pretty much all I have now I find it interesting. A lot more talk about gear that comes in crates over there, pretty high end sandbox. But I did learn a lot about Job Amps etc... There before I bought mine.

I guess AK still trumps them in terms of variety then as they are almost strictly modern stuff.

I have been hanging out there since the start. One of the best places I have found to discuss just about anything. Yes, the higher percentile there have non AK approved gear that costs plenty. But nobody there is too stuck on themselves to help anyone with just about any issue or question.

I no where near fall into the arena that most of these guys play but I like the way the place is run and the people I have met there as well as those coming over from other sites.

I am not into Vintage, although I can appreciate it and 40 years ago owned it, so AK has only a small draw for me and I have to scan 15 pages of posts to find the 3 that interest me. Still a great place here and lots to learn with plenty of people helping others.

I have lived at AudioReview for 20 some years but that place is all but dead now.

Im not into vintage, and this site is almost all vintage...and I guess my 90's stuff is vintage too, but nomatter what I buy next I still thing as long as there is a wealth of knowledge and lots and lots of users (most important), AK has what I want.

I was also pleasantly surprised to not encounter a barrage of gunfire for having non-audiophile speakers.
