Azimuth and phono cartridge out put relationship

I sold my fosgo meter and seeing if I can do the same thing with my o-scop or multimeter.
Question
Does the output of a phono cartridge change as the azimuth changes.

I do have a test record with left and right tracks for azimuth adjustment
My O-scope has a minimum setting of .5mv
My multimeter is a Fluke 116

Azimuth will affect separation and balance. As one side goes up, the other goes down to a point. The azimuth test tracks should be a left only and a right only, and you adjust for equal minimum output on whatever the silent channel is meant to be. Have to match it otherwise the L to R separation won't be the same as the R to L. You can do this with headphones I suppose but its a lot easier to see on a 2 channel scope.
