Hi Im going to be getting my B&K ST1400 in a few days. I want to do a checkup like DC offset. What other I can check on this amp? Thanks

This is not the II series so Im guessing about 15 to 20 year old.

You could check bias, too. I'd do a general visual inside etc. Bring up on a DBT. Can't find a freebee service manual so was hoping someone would chime in.

Unless you know the seller I'd sure bring up on a dbt. if okay to your satisfaction... the usual idle while monitoring and watchful safe guards like heat. I assume bias is connected to the emitter resistors.. they can be discolored meaning heat. stuff like that.

I have measure the DC offset and read 1.5mv for right ch and 1.8mv for left ch.

Excellent DC offset. Have you brought it up on a DBT?
