It looks like you had it partially taken apart already. More than I have done.

It's the 3400. Here are some pics of it's switch pad. 8 screws holds it in place. 2nd pic shows the pitch pot.

So having nothing else to do, I pulled the lamps from the 3400 and transferred to the 3404.

Now, do you have a spare dust cover that you want to get rid of? Mine cracked off at the small part of the hinge.

OK. Today it started running at 45 RPM with a 12" lp when I push start. The arm drops on the 12". The 33 lamp does not come on. I can thump or push the 33 switch and the 33 lamp comes on as the arm moves to play 12".

It is about 40 years old and could probably benefit from a thorough servicing by a knowledgeable technician.
