B&O MMC 10E cartridge

Included with a Yamaha P-550 turntable I bought for parts came a mounted Bang & Olufsen MMC 10E cartridge. Turntable had a bad motor and haven’t had a chance to mount the cartridge on something else. Not really interested in retaining. Would prefer selling to offset cost of parts table. Keep in mind I know little to nothing about this cartridge or B&O tables in general. Interested in recommendations other then suggestions I just toss in miscellaneous parts drawer. Thanks in advance.

They are very nice cartridges, and since you have the adapter, that would make it somewhat valuable. Soundsmith is the only place to get replacement stylus for these carts (outside retipping).

Lowish mass, highish compliance. And stylus NON USER REPLACEABLE a la Moving Coil. Retip yours or replace cartridge. Stylus not user replaceable. Bear these facts in mind. Choose turntable and tonearm accordingly, even mounted in 1/2" adapter.
