B&O RX2 help

Hi, I have an RX2 that seems to have no power. I opened it up and found that the fuse was blown. Then I found that C1 on power supply (1000mF cap) was failed and replaced it. Now fuse doesn't blow but it still does not turn on. I have the service manual w schematic but it does not have voltages listed. I also checked C1 C2 C3 on the control board and they tested good (pulled them off board to test). Getting about 27 VDC across C1 on power board, virtually no voltage on the output from the power board. Thinking bad diode? I checked them on the board and they all conducted in the right polarity and were open when polarity reversed which I thought is indicative that they aren't blown but I suppose one or more may not be working as they should. Not sure where to go from here. Does anyone have a schematic with voltages or have had a lot of experience with this unit to help? Thanks.

With no responses, I wonder if this the right forum to place this? Should I be in the turntable forum instead of DIY or maybe post on Vinylengine?

Vinylengine has the RX2 service manual if you have an account there. I can't attach it as the file size is too large.

You can find the manual here: Manual Machine B&O RX2 SM

An alternative might be to get a control board or an entire parts unit off eBay or other market, given that the motor is still good. I've got mine I bought in 1987, and another I bought on eBay, both now refurbished and working and I think they are great. A little challenging to work on. I have both a refurbished MMC2 cartridge and a SoundSmith SMMC2 and they are superior to my AT VM95ML on a Technics SL-D1 turntable, also refurbished. But don't get me wrong, I keep both because both are awesome. The refurb'd SL-D1 has rock solid speed control. The RX2, is not as tight, but the S/MMC2 cartridge is worth the compromise. However, I haven't replaced anything on the RX2 boards. They have both needed belts and work on the mechanical 33/45 mechanism, which was causing an audible low frequency knock.
