B&W 600 series tweeter diaphragms (604 S2)

The tweeter diaphragms on the B&W 600 series are notoriously easy to damage and yet hard to track down it seems... specifically I need a diaphragm for a 604 S2 tweeter... any one know if it is the same or similar to the S3 or S4 versions? I can find the S3/S4 diaphragms for sale but not the S2s... if it fits but just sounds a tad different... I can put one into my surrounds (601 S2) and the diaphragm from the 601 into my 604 S2... advice?

Wish I could help; I have a pair of 602 S1 and a pair of 602 S2, and they are definitely different. If you're talking about the replacement diaphragms that you can buy on eBay that are just the dome and voice coil, I suspect that they will fit any version. No guarantees, though.
 
That video isn't really relevant any more. B&W no longer sells the diaphragm. Any replacement requires you to disassemble the old diaphragm assembly, remove the dome, then align and glue in a new replacement dome.
