B W 805 and 805S

Hello there, what is the difference between the BW 805 and 805S. I can get a pair of 805 in mint conditions for $ 1000 shipped with a 30 day trial on them. If I don't like I can return them at no expense. It sounds like a good deal to me, this will be my first pair of BW an I was just wondering if it is a good deal. I know the quality of the speakers, just don't know about the price. Also, I have a pair of Polk Audio LSi15 right now that sounds pretty good with my Marantz 4140 and a Marantz 6300 TT. There is nothing wrong with the speakers I currently have, it's just that I never had a pair of BW and would love to have a set. Does anybody know the difference in sound between the two? How do they compare? I listen to classic rock and a lot of Dire Straits and Pink Floyd. getting into jazz also. Any help would be appreciated.

The 805 and 805S each have different mid-bass drivers, the newer 805S can be visually distinguished by a larger phase plug and the crossover in the 805S was to utilize Mundorf capacitors instead of the previous Clarity Cap SA. I have not compared them so I'm not sure what the sonic difference is. The price of $1000 shipped is appropriate.
