B&W Matrix 801 series 80 vs series 3

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me if the mids are the same on the B&W Matrix 801 series 80 vs the series 3? There is no part number on the drivers I am looking at to compare, but they physically look identical.

Based on some marketing materials I have, the Matrix 801 Series 2 midrange driver was not changed from the original Matrix 801.

As between the Series 2 and Series 3, the parts will physically fit but there may have been some minor changes to the drivers. For example, the Series 2 midrange assembly part number is ZZ055 while the Series 3 midrange assembly part number is ZZ0558.
