B&W Matrix 803 Tweeters

Hey everyone! I was able to pick up some B&W matrix 803 speakers today used at a pretty good price. They are in good condition, just need new tweeters (though I have the tweeter housings).

Is there any way to get them cheaper than the $720 it will be through the B&W parts store?

Really your only option is going to be watching eBay and then jump into the bidding war.
My 804s also came with damaged tweeters (seems like that all have damaged tweeters) but I was able to buy new diaphragm/vc assemlies from B&W which were a lot cheaper than the complete tweeter. I'm pretty sure I got the last set as they went NLA right after I placed my order. I wish i was able to buy a few more just to have.
They are definitely worth repairing IMO. One of my favorite speakers of all time.
