From some old negatives my Mum gave me. A pic of my Grandfather with his foot on the bumper bar and Grandmother (far left) with a load of wool about to be transported to the auction house.

Thirty years ago I never thought I'd be able to do this without a darkroom and using a home PC.

Scanned negative.



Inverted using Photoshop and then some contrast adjustments, spot and scratch removal.

I was working in the yard last week and was admiring the late November plants. I thought to capture and to turn into B&W photos, and a little post processing, to create out a unique textured look for each photo. Used the Nikon Df with the Nikon AFD 105mm, f2.8
