Baby on Nirvana's 'Nevermind' Cover, Sues Band for Child Porn

I suppose... but he is the guy on the cover. Hi... I'm the grown up baby that was on the Nirvana album cover, any ideas.

Again I'm no expert on copyright law but using of the name "Nirvana" to promote himself could invite legal trouble. I do know that Harlan Sanders lost all the rights to any image/likeness of his own face which became trademark property of KFC when he sold the company. Copyrights, trademarks, patents etc get into some tricky legal territory.

Oh I know... I'm just thinking on it.

If that guy was smart, he would open an account on the "OnlyFans" website, post a photo of his willy, and make the idiot people pay to see the pic. "Want To See It Now?" He's already got all the advertising he could possibly want.

And what's next? Is Peter Rowen going to sue U2? He probably has a 'better' case, sans absurd claims of porn.

When someone can say it better than me:

"Elden’s dumb lawsuit represents the nexus of three impulses in which America is the undisputed champion: the hunger for undeserved riches, moronic claims of victimhood and creative lawyering."
