back up here in maine ---again

well, after driving up here last nite- an being up early this morning. i decided
to have a raw sea food din-din tonight :thmbsp: up here in ellsworth maine,
i went to a local seafood market bought 12 quahogs yum yum yummy
im happy to announce im using my bosses lap top too

after i ate a bunch of em sitting in my motel room, well i figured id share a couple of pics, raw is good!!!! but 3 bad outta 12 is purdy good

yea its sand at the top of the shell an under the meat- no i did rinse it out first,
an i hate doin that but it was a must:tears:

.....no way, Jim, trust me....my Daddy used to rip the, (ahem), meat, out of those shells, place the so-called meat on a saltine cracker, squirt some red sauce on it, put it in his mouth, chew a couple of times, and swallow....I asked him why he used a cracker....he said so his teeth would have something to hit....truth.....

i shure do!!!! cept for the red tide season.
raw- shrimp, scallops, tuna, salmon, clams- cherry stones,mussels,
an i also love Dulce if ya dont know what it is? wikpedia :thmbsp:
anything that can be eated raw from the ocean will be in muh belly

Oooh Man, you are in a LOVELY area of Maine! I may someday move/retire in that general area of Maine. Perhaps a little more "down East".
Ellsworth is a nice mix of new and old. Not too big, not too small.

thanks but its for work this week :tears: im hopin in a few yrs i get things settled that i may just move back up there an be home for good.

but not sure if i wanna go back to my same home town of s. china-
thinking of the grey area :thmbsp: but last nite i was north, an working my way back to uugghhh mass :sigh:
