Bass Problems with Klh-9915

I received a pair of KLH-9915 floor speakers and they sound pretty good (better then what i had anyway) however the left speaker seems to be having some disortion with its woofer (not sure what its called im a bit of a noob) if i turn my actual sub woofer off on my receiver the right speaker sounds just fine but the left speaker like... shakes it just sounds like something is wrong and i am not sure how to descibe it but since it only does this on songs that have a fairly decent amount of bass and when i have the subwoofer off it has to be the woofer right? Also it does it when the subwoofer is turned on but i have the system cranking... this is the only speaker i have that does this :( it seems that the rear panel is more loose on the left speaker then the right could that cause this? it just sounds like something is shaking idk....

i can confirm that the back paneling of the left one vibrates when playing music and the right speaker has zero vibration while playing music.... i will assume this is the main problem but i cannot figure out how to make the paneling more sturdy on the left speaker, i already tightened the screws... what should i do?

so i should take the back panel off, glue it real good, rescrew and clamp it? thanks, ill try that out sometime soon
