Does anyone have any information on how to set up or adjust this preamp's phono section. It is supposedly able to run MM or MC cartridges, but I am unable to find any information at all on the Interweb. There must be some printed material floating around somewhere.

Thank you

Bedini Audio still has a web site - and if one clicks on "CONTACT US", it shows "info@bediniaudio.com" as contact email address. So I'd suggest to try that and see, whether you get a reply.

Nothing, no reply.
Shows page copyright @ 2012.

I see - too bad, then.

And while I've noticed the old copyright, my thought was, that this might not mean all that much, considering that the web site still exists and uses secure http (i.e. https), which would make it seem very likely, that somebody still takes care of the web hosting and the renewal of the certificates.

Hmmm.... Maybe another idea could be to ask for advice in the John Bedini or/and the Bedini Audio section of this forum: Forums - Energy Science Forum

I think I have the answer. Tripped across something. It’s for standard MM & HOMC that use 47K resistance. Capacitance can be changed internally if need be from the 100pf by changing the cap in the two IC sockets. That is the best I could find but it does answer it.

The photo supplied didn’t have fine details of the phono section but didn’t see anything to change other than caps plugged into a couple DIP sockets. Without something to change, you are probably correct, no change in amplification.

Yes, two IC sockets with a cap that can be changed in them if need be.
