Beer, BBQ and Football!!!

So today is the first Sunday of the NFL woo hoo! Go Pats!

So I got peeps coming over, got a pork shoulder in the smoker, a beef brisket in the oven (since yesterday) and my first Keg of homemade beer cold and tapped! What's everyone doin?

Don't have a kegerator yet, and my trash can kegerator is not finished yet so I had to do some redneck engineering to be able to serve my beer. Took the top off a cooler, made a new top out of cardboard, added some duct tape to fancy it up a bit and added a picnic tap :thmbsp:

Yup that is more redneck engineering that's my trash can smoker

I 'spose the Pats did OK today. Can't say I like the Pats much, but I'll begrudgingly give credit where it's due. At least my Packers won today!
