BEER BREAD
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature
Mix together with a wooden spoon. Mix well and put into well-greased bread pan. (I use Pam.) Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan.
Got this from one of the food sites. Make sure you use self rising flour, all purpose won't work. I use a honey wheat beer and it's really simple. You don't need to let it rise, just go from mixing, to the pan, to the oven.
