Bell & Howell receiver obscurity

I have a Bell & Howell 2700 DRR receiver that my grandfather owned decades ago. During college I used it for a couple years. It worked fine. Now I'm digging it out of my mother's garage to check it out.

Does anyone know anything about these? I can find zero information about it online. Any guess as to how much it's worth?

I wouldn't think it's worth more than $20, based on internal build quality.

Cool lookin unit, though.
