Best amp for DCM Time Window 1A?

Mines sounded very sweet driven by a Scott 340-B with the volume at 12 or 1 o'clock that's all I needed in a medium room. Enjoy them!!!!

My DCM TMs are awesome powered by ny Hafler DH500!

Same here with my TimeWindows 3. I tried some lower powered amps but the Hafler DH500 really make them sing. :thmbsp:

I run my TW-600's with a Crown x1000. They also sounded fine with a Yamaha R-300 which is 35 wpc. They open up really nicely with a bit more power. I see no reason not to try the 75 watt amp and see how you like it. You can always upgrade later.

I drove mine with a 40wpc receiver and with separate power amps which were 100 wpc. With the TW, the quality of the watts really matters and I found they imaged much better with separates, although a high quality integrated amp might work. I tried the Time Window pedastal stands but didn't like the way the speakers sounded with them. I sold my Time Windows to buy Vandersteen 2cs, a decision I sometimes regretted. The 2cs are a more revealing speaker and I had to upgrade my front end and electronics to get them to sound better than the Time Windows.

I run my TW1 with 35/w ch tubes. You don't need an arc welder to run these. I play my music loud too.
