No contest: the guitar intro to Sweet Jane from Lou Reeds live album, Rock n' Roll Animal. The guitar intro to Reelin' in the Years by Steely Dan ain't no slouch either.

How about Richie Blackmore Rainbow Live. Dorothy saying, Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore, We must be over the Rainbow (echoes twice) then the band plays a few bars from The Wizard of OZ, then right into Kill The King.

Daydream by Robin Trower:D I also really like Alexisonfire: Polaroids of Polar Bears, really good intro for the genre. And probably my third favorite would be Skating Away/Thin Ice by Jethro Tull very good stuff:)
