I have one of those PMA-750's. I don't know why they call it a Pre-Main Amplifier but it is an integrated amp. It is a a very nice piece and the tuner is pretty good as well. Sounds like the seller is motivated so someone may be able to get a good deal. Hope an AK'er grabs it!

Because it says it right there on the front panel. Can't expect owners to know any more than they can see on the front of back of the unit. Interesting that Denon calls it that when the pre do not have jacks on the back.

Denon - Pre-Main Amplifier Model PMA-750 / 200W. A mother of an amp--although it is OLD. Perfect condition except the "aux" button needs a little repair--or a piece of tape to keep it pushed in. This is an OLD piece of equipment--so old it does NOT have a CD button. But, CDs play on the "aux" button. Very powerful, but again, I'm not trying to fool anyone--it is OLD. $30 OBO

Denon AM/FM StereoTuner--Model TU-750S--obviously made to go with the amp that I'm also selling. Perfect condition, but again, this is OLD equipment. $15 OBO

Two AR (Acoustic Research) Speakers--Model AR-4x--Acoustic Suspension Loudspeaker System. Cabinets have lots of scratches and some paint on them. Last I used them, they sounded pretty good. AR used to have a great reputation. Not even sure the company exists anymore. Too lazy to check. $20 OBO

Maybe these have some value for you in their parts. I don't know. I am not interested in fooling anyone. Again--all are OLD. I just want to get rid of all this stuff--and then there's more. No reasonable offer refused.

Just got an email reply..said he has one guy buying it all....and 4 others at the house waiting in case he doesn't want it! WOW!

Thanks Blue - I should have been more clear in my response that I was referring to Denon not the seller in terms of the nomenclature of the PMA-750.

It sounds like someone got some great gear at some great prices. Look forward to seeing some pics.
 
well i got it hook up

the amp is ok but tweeters are gone are maybe its the pods can some one help me with this do i change them out r is it a simple fix
 
WHOA...where did he drag these out of? Can see you have some major clean up to do! He seemed like a nice person....emailed me back and thanked me for the interest...said he had some other stuff?? Care to fill me in?

he told me he had another monster amp but didnt say what couldnt remember the name but the ar,s will clean up real good when i finish them ill post
