BGW 150 vs. 200

Just getting into BGW amps. I bought a 250d recently. Love it but it's very heavy and would to opt for something lighter and started looking into the BGW 150, in mono 150 watts into 8 ohm, and course the 200 is 200 watts into 8 ohms. Is that the only difference? And what accounts for the difference design wise? Is it different measurement, i.e. the two amps are the same just a difference in rating? They're both single space and weigh the same and appear identical. I'm thinking I should probably opt for more power. I'm a jazz bassist and using this for my bass amp. At 4 ohms I'm thinking the 150 will get 300 watts and the 200 will get 400 while my 250d I think should be 500.
