BIC cassette deck repair

Good afternoon! I wanted to post (not sure if im in the right spot) about replacing belts on BIC cassette decks. I did my T4M recently, and read about a lot of people DREADING this job. Figured I'd throw my hat in the ring as an option, if anyone needs belts put on a BIC deck. I won't promise anything more or less than the belts, but that seems to be the bear here.

I have the same issue with a BIC T-1 tape deck. If I knew the size of belts, I think I could fix mine. Youtube videos are vague and don't have any close up pictures. Maybe the original BIC in the UK would have some documentation.

BIC is American made not UK made.

If I could find a T-4 I’d take you up on the belt change. It’s the only one I’d want.

Let me know if you ever do! I'd love to get one apart again. My rewind is slipping now, but otherwise it works very well.
