BIC Venturi v820 - help needed

I have a pair of BIC Venturi v820. I bought them on FB marketplace for mighty cheap a while ago, but I wasn’t able to hear them when I bought them.

When I hook them, the tweeters play, but there is no base coming out of them. The subs are not moving at all. I took the hookup panel off and the subs off, but I cannot find a problem...it all looks normal and clean.

suggestions?

Try connecting the speaker wires from your receiver directly to the woofers (not subwoofers) and see if they make any sound. Make sure not to short the two wires together while testing.
