Big Boy 4014

[tonyk]

What a amazing piece of machinery. I'm glad to see it brought back to life.

This is not Big Boy, but a great video of one the large steam locomotives in action.

I love steam locomotives since I was five. I never can get enough of them.

When I was a teen I saw for the first time a picture of a Big Boy. Oh my God!!!

Thanks so much for sharing this!!!

All we had 'round here was Tweetsie..a narrow-gage railway that operated in the mountains.

This one was cool. Seeing the mechanics up close.

I sure would like one of these in my backyard to play with.

[twitch54]

looking forward to once again seeing it under power !

This is the wonderful piece of machinery and I like it.

Had seen it here in SoCal and sad to see it go, but happy it will be restored to its former glory and running the rails again!

[koseltri]

When it's back under its own steam, I am going to go see (and hear) it, wherever it is.
