Blaupunkt LAB062 speakers replacement

Hey there, I recently got hold of a Blaupunkt Granada Stereo and it came with the LAB062 speakers. I originally bought them because they're 2 pin DIN and I needed some for my Crown SHC-7000. Problem: when I went to play a record, everything connected, I think I blew out the speakers. I tried them again on the original radio and they are lacking a lot of bass and doing some weird skipping. I love the look of the speakers and I would like to still use them with the radio, so I was wondering if it's possible to use a replacement loudspeaker and still terminate it with 2pin DIN plugs. You guys think they're actually blown out or is it just the wires? Can I replace the loudspeakers and terminate them with 2pin DIN? What are my options here?

PS: sorry in advance if it's a stupid question, I'm not that versed in audio, let alone vintage audio.
