I just ran across an interesting blog that has a lot of Asian recipes, with an emphasis on Vietnamese recipes (there are recipes from other cuisines too).
The recipes are well-illustrated and there are lots of good tips for preparing them.

I had some really good soup at a Chinese restaurant last Saturday, and I decided to see if I could find a recipe for it. A quick search on Google and I found out it was really a VNese soup. I looked at some recipes and then found the one on Wandering Chopsticks. It's more than just a recipe, it's like a mini cooking class.
The soup was Crab and Asparagus Soup, and it was really excellent. I'm going to try to make some at home.
