Board swaps between QRX-9001 and 8001?

I have a QRX-9001 that I've been slowly working on. I replaced all of the fusible resistors in the F-2624 amp boards and adjusted the offset and bias. The four amp channels now work well. Next up is pulling the whole unit apart to rework the quad board feed-throughs and recap most of the boards. That project is likely to happen when I have some time over the holidays at the end of the year.

But wait. There's more QRX fun to be had! I just received a QRX-8001 from an AKer who decided to move it along. I'll take a closer look at it this weekend using Jim Showker's (QRXrestore.com) assessment suggestions. But I've been wondering something and thought I'd ask the Sansui wizards:

Can I swap similar boards between the 8001 and 9001 for diagnostic purposes? It looks like the 8001 also uses F-2624 amp boards but are they the same as the ones used in the 9001? The 9001/8001 Service Manual says the stock number for the 9001's F-2624 PCB is 7571471 while the same board on the 800a is stock number 7571481. I pulled them out of both units and they look the same. The PCB itself has the same P/N in the etch. I haven't checked to see if all of the components are the same.

Thanks for any information or advice. Below see an illustration from my new book, "A Tale of Two Sui's."

Looks like I answered my own question. Yes, the two updated F-2624 boards from the QRX-9001 worked just fine in the 8001 and solved the DC offset issue on all four channels. The offset went to between 20-30mV on all channels, the speaker relay switched on, and music played. More work to be done but I'm happy with progress so far.
