Bob Carver Sunfire Theater Grand III Bad Load Error - any suggestions

I have been very happy with my Bob Carver Sunfire Theater Grand III (upgrade to Grand IV) for over a year now. All of a sudden when I try to power it up I get 2 messages. 1) Bad Load, then 2) Loader is displayed. It happens when the unit receives power. Don't even have to hit the power button. It is a rarely used unit. The first owner used it occasionally. I would appreciate any suggestions to resolve this. It is a fine sounding Sound Processor and we miss hearing it. Thanks so much.
