When I saw he was playing at the Patriot Center in November (I think), I was immediately fearful he may be doing some offbeat Christmas concert to coincide with his new album's release. His recent "Together Through Life" is quite enjoyable though. I saw him several times in his prime and have generally refrained from seeing him in the past decade. My mistake perhaps?

My son and I went to see Dylan a few years ago when he was touring with Merle Haggard and Amos Lee.

We were in the bathroom talking and a guy overheard us. It was my sons first Dylan show and this complete stranger gave him $5 and said enjoy your first Dylan show.

We did, and still talk and laugh about that incident.
