Bolivar Model 64 recap

I'm recapping a pair of Bolivar Model 64 speakers, and one of them was previously driven hard. It has an exploded 33uf capacitor, a 20 ohm resistor out of spec, and a Toltec 10206 inductor that does not measure the same resistance as the good speaker and is very dark colored and shorted I believe. I can't find any info on what the value of this inductor is suppossed to be. Does anyone know what I can use as a replacement?

I don't have the answer for you, but it might be worth your while to purchase an inexpensive LCR meter. There are instructions online for measuring inductance without one, but they require an oscilloscope and a signal generator.
