Used a left over pice of Bamboo flooring I used for my AR XB.
First I laid out the distance for the holes to see how many I could fit.
Now mind you this was a quick project out of boredom so It could have been thought out better.
Then I drilled out those holes with a 5/16th drill bit. I then used a 1/16 bit to drill the alignment pin slots
that are on the collet. All of my head shells have one pin, some have two pins so make adjustments for that at the opposite side.
As I said I didn't plan it out well so at first I made the slot holes at 6 o'clock . The I realized they wouldn't fit next to each other. Some lift arms are longer etc ....
So I made the top row at about 5 o'clock and the bottom row at 7 o'clock.
I think it turned out ok and not they aren't lying down on the amp case.
This was a quick project that took me maybe 20 -30 minutes .
Just to see how I would do it.
