Bose 6.2 as Center speaker

Hello
i have a pair of Bose 601 series III for main and a pair of Bose 201 series II for rear surround speakers. I also have a Jamo SW505 subwoofer. I' m looking for a center speaker to match sonically my system. I tried the Bose VCS 10 and it was a total dissapointment. I don't have enough place for a vertical speaker under my tv. I found the Bose 6.2 to be the best option since it is placed horizontaly and it uses woofer and tweeters identical to 601. Is there a better option? I don't want a center speaker that would sound better than my other speakers.
Please no Bose bashing!

It may work well. Be aware that the tweeter that would be directing towards the wall may have no response above 5k Hz. Stereo Review's 10.2 review stated that the outward facing tweeter shuts off above 5k Hz, and the 10.2 has the same tweeter arrangement as the 6.2.
 
As far as i know there is a capacitor in parallel with that tweeter that cuts the upper frequencies, in order to make it perform like a midrange. What if i remove this capacitor and send the same signal to both tweeters? Will there be cancellations and interference between them, or it doesn't matter at this range of frequencies?
 
It will likely work fine without interference since the two tweeters are angled away from each other and they are relatively large in size, which further limits their dispersion angle. Years ago, Microstatic made an add-on tweeter consisting of 3 tweeters angled in a 180 deg pattern that was intended for the AR and KLH speakers to improve high frequency dispersion and that got some good reviews.
