Boston Acoustics a70 tweeter in an a40? Overkill?

Nocturnal transmissions
Have some a70 tweeters I snagged- both rectangular plate BA in-house A70 and SEAS round from an A70.

Considered putting them into an A40 (I've got 6 pair) as although the a40 tweeter is nice, I love those SEAS and in-house a70 tweeter.

Overkill?

I imagine a crossover mod would be needed.

Also need to consider the overall ohm rating- 6 for the early a70, 8 for the a40s.

Idle thoughts on this cold, snowy New England morning...

It would just be a matter of designing a crossover to properly work with the A40 woofer and A70 tweeter. Probably would have to be designed from scratch, using measurement equipment...
