I bailed out as well as soon as he changed the price to "best offer"...not to mention they're housed in a six foot long white painted unit with a WAF of zero.
 
I should bid $60. If I won, I could take the electronics, remove the speakers, and leave the seller with the big ugly box. It would serve him right, especially if the reason he is getting rid of them is the big ugly box.
 
He replied with no pics and this:
"still have the hi fi but a number of people are interested so the $50 is off the table. It goes to the highest bidder"

I replied "Good Luck"

I say everyone bid higher and higher and then leave him to flap in the wind. :D

I just got an e-mail from the guy. Sounds like no one bit on the bidding war. Either that or he's giving me (and the 4 others who seriously contacted him) a last chance to up our bids.
 
I'd tell him to stick'em up his arse,sideways..:finger: Or offer him $35 two can play that silly game
