I'm driving to Lakewood next weekend. Anyone know what amp is in that console? PP 6BQ5, or ?
 
I have that exact model, and it is a sweet unit. Dead quiet, and clean in every regard. Jazz records, or cd's thru the tape input just kill on it. Mine came with the manuals and instructions, which are interesting to look at. If you want scans or copies of them I'd be glad to send them along. No stereo FM though- you have to find and install a multiplexer(?)
It will play LTS, to, which is cool when no ones home.
I hooked it up to KLH model 17's, DCM qed's, some old pioneer cs something or another's, and the speakers that are in it were far and away a better match.
Doesn't matter cause I couldn't bear to take it apart...

Hi, thanks for the post! What I'd REALLY like is just the tube complement. There might be a diagram with what tube goes where, or it might be listed in the manual. It's probably something like 2 x 6EU7, 1 x 5U4G, 4 x 6BQ5... If you could locate that, I'd appreciate it!
