Brown/Yellow Gunk Around Chipsets?

Then again I have a friend who swears he loves the vintage smell of old electronics. Actually requested I not clean his 1060 too much. To each his own. :D

Remember that Tom ?? Like a mental patient, I strapped that damned MARANTZ with the cover off to the roof of my car and drove from Co. Spgs to Denver and back, Didn't do much. haha
